In collaboration with a Dutch architect, we had one of the houses designed where the 15-meter-long swimming pool partially disappears into the house, so that you can dive straight into the water from your bedroom.

 

At the moment we have six plots that we can present to you, all of which comply with the strict rules and which are located between 1.5 and 2.3 kilometers from the beach.

All plots are located near Sanyang, a quiet village 25 minutes drive from the popular 'Strip'.

The surface of the plots varies between 900 and 2,400 m2, and they are all richly provided with palms and mango trees.
