The villa

At this moment we are building a house in the V.I.P area of Sanyang, a quiet village in the green part of The Gambia. The house will get a modern appearance and is spacious. Beside five bedrooms and a big living room the house has a huge terras on both the ground flour and first floor. The house also contains three bathrooms, three toilets and a separate changing room for the swimming pool. The total living area 330 m2 and is suitable for ten persons.

In front of the house there is a intergrated swimming pool that is eight by four meters  surrounded by a tropical garden. Mango and cashew nut trees will provide you a relieving cool down. There is also a pool with turtles. The total surface of the plot is 2400 m2.

The house is located 2,5 km from the beach and just outside the small village of Sanyang. Peace and quietness are the most important aspects of this location. The villa is rented with staff consisting of: a cook, a waiter, a gardener, a made and a watchman who's guards the premises 24/7. Also you have acces to a driver who can provide you with excursions and all other transport.



Total costs of the villa are 150.000 euro, that means : construction,  water and electricity,  construction of the garden and the development of a house of the staff. At this moment three investors have joined, we are looking for another two investors. The plot, consisting the villa, is a joined ownership of these investors who participated. 

Return of investment

In the fast growing popularity as a holiday destination, there is a need of renting private houses with  staff in The Gambia, for families or groups.

In case of renting out the villa 16 weeks a year, the return of investment is 15%.

With only  renting out 7 weeks, the return is 5%.
